"What a journey it’s been with Dr. Gemmi and all of the amazing people here! I started Invisalign in 2018 and while that was a great start to getting a great smile, life happened, COVID happened and I unfortunately got off track. As nervous as I was to keep going back in and showing up with another failed round of trays, everyone was so encouraging and kept me going! Braces were suggested a few times and I finally went with it! It was the easiest process I’ve ever gone through! Not to mention, all of the assistants are always so caring and comforting, so any dental anxiety I have going in, it quickly dissipates when I sit down in the chair.It’s 2026, and I’m finally done! My teeth are finally looking the way I’d always hoped they would! It may have taken me 8 years, and I’m sure there’s some part of me that just wanted to stick around longer (haha!) but it was so worth it! I’m so thankful for the kindness and care that everyone has shown through this journey. You won’t find a kinder, more caring Orthodontist than Dr. Gemmi! He's always made me feel encouraged and comfortable to ask questions and address concerns. All of the girls at the office, the assistants and wonderful team up front, I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and all of the great conversations over the years. "I absolutely love it here! I found Orthodontics Limited (Northeast location) while scouring the directory for preferred providers with my dental plan (I am in need of braces). From the time I made the 1st appointment to the last 2 appointments I’ve attended, the staff I’ve encountered thus far have been nothing short of professional and pleasant. I can tell that they probably have a good morale within their work environment because the employees appear to enjoy their jobs, which translates to positive interactions with the patients. Sara (who handles new patient billing and records) is very friendly, professional and she explains everything concisely with no strings attached. Pricing documentation was upfront and nothing shady or questionable (which was my experience at another practice when I first explored looking into Invisalign). Dr. Justin, the techs who handled my xrays and definitely the front desk staff all deserve top tier kudos as well. Do not hesitate to consider this practice if your insurance allows."
"The downside to finishing Invisalign is that I won't get to see Dr. Pale anymore. She's the best orthodontist ever - I love coming to see her because I'm in such good hands. The rest of the experience has been great, staff answers the phone immediately, the wait times are short, and the assistants are sooo lovely. Dr. Pale you're a gem to the community <3"

"I had the best experience with Dr. Pale and all of the staff at orthodontics limited. I spent a lot of time there with both my boys over the last four years between braces and Invisalign. When making appointments it always seemed to work with our schedules as well as when we had an emergency for a bracket that had popped off which rarely happened. The attention to detail and the ease of this office was amazing. I will definitely be recommending them to all of our family and friends. My impression is that this is a great place to get braces or Invisalign treatment, and it was recommended by my dentist. It’s clean and nice-looking. The intake process was quick, and in general the wait times were also quick. The front desk staff is responsive, especially when you call the office number. The people working here are nice and friendly, and they seem cool and professional with each other, which is great to see. It’s also encouraging that some staff members have been here for many years (which shows they have a good retention rate). Carli was one example of this. The whole place has a positive vibe and is full of positive energy.Overall, I highly recommend this place. One thing I like is that they call you 1 week after starting treatment, which I think is a good touch to make sure that everything is going well."
"I had a great first visit here today; everyone was so incredibly kind - Linda greeted me at the front desk and checked me in. Sarah, the New Patient Coordinator, took some photos, X-rays, and gave me a thorough rundown the Invisalign process and everything I need to know for financing.Dr. Pale discussed how Invisalign would tailor to my needs and how often I would come in for check ups. Gianna & Savannah took it from there and did a neat 3D scan of my teeth, which takes the place of having mold impressions done.I’m so glad I was referred by my dentist to this office - you can tell everyone really enjoys working together and are just a really pleasant group of people. It’s kind of intimidating going into an orthodontist office for the first time in your 30s, but it wasn’t long before I was totally comfortable being there. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone seeking orthodontic treatment."

I had some spacing between some of my upper teeth that I was unhappy with for a long time. My insurance didn’t cover adult braces so Dr. Pale and her amazing staff set up a payment plan for me. I can’t tell you how extremely happy I am that I finally went for it and fixed the spacing! I opted for Invisalign and it took a little over 2 years, but totally worth it!Thank you Dr. Pale and the whole office for always being so kind and helpful. "I’ve been with Dr. Middleberg for the 10+ years and have never had a bad experience. Him and his team know what they are doing and treat you like family every time you are there for an appointment. I even moved to Florida and still kept him as my orthodontist because I trust his work that much. I flew up every time I needed an adjustment with my Invisalign and retainers and they made sure I got everything I needed each time and are very flexible in working with me over the phone. Couldn’t have asked for a better orthodontic practice!"

"I came to the office two years ago for a consultation for Invisalign, another doctor had tried to talk me into getting braces. At 37 I didn’t want to walk around with metal braces. Dr Middleburg said Invisalign would close the spaces in my teeth and we started the process. Two years later I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everyone in the office is nice and professional. If you are thinking about Invisalign you should definitely call and make an appt!!"
