"This office was recommended by a coworker whose braces results looked amazing, so I decided to give them a try. From the first appointment, the orthodontist seemed more focused on long-term bite correction than just cosmetic appearance, which made me feel confident about starting treatment. The office itself stays clean and organized even during crowded afternoon hours. I had one small issue where a wire was poking the inside of my mouth before a holiday weekend, and they still managed to fit me in quickly for a repair. The assistants are friendly in a relaxed way and never make appointments feel awkward or rushed. After several months of braces, I can already tell my teeth fit together better while chewing. It’s honestly improving daily comfort as much as appearance at this point."

"What a journey it’s been with Dr. Gemmi and all of the amazing people here! I started Invisalign in 2018 and while that was a great start to getting a great smile, life happened, COVID happened and I unfortunately got off track. As nervous as I was to keep going back in and showing up with another failed round of trays, everyone was so encouraging and kept me going! Braces were suggested a few times and I finally went with it! It was the easiest process I’ve ever gone through! Not to mention, all of the assistants are always so caring and comforting, so any dental anxiety I have going in, it quickly dissipates when I sit down in the chair.It’s 2026, and I’m finally done! My teeth are finally looking the way I’d always hoped they would! It may have taken me 8 years, and I’m sure there’s some part of me that just wanted to stick around longer (haha!) but it was so worth it! The people working here are nice and friendly, and they seem cool and professional with each other, which is great to see. I'm leaving this review to help other parents who are experiencing the same problem that my son did with their child/children, which is snoring. My son was snoring so loudly, especially during the winter, that I scheduled an adenoid surgery for him in 06/2020. Unfortunately, Covid -19 struck, and the procedure had to be canceled. Blessing for myself and please pay great attention to your child's snoring problem since surgical procedure may not address the problem and seek the orthodontist option before jumping to surgery option because a simple brace can fix a child's snoring issue, and it has fixed my son's snoring habit. He had a severe overbite, crooked teeth and his teeth overlapped. After 3 1/2 years his teeth are perfect!! Seriously perfect!!! When we first came in I was given a monthly payment arrangement with the office to pay off the balance that the insurance didn’t cover, and even though I paid it off within the first year, they never rushed us to get his braces off!! I also appreciated the thorough explanation each time we went in the office of the changes in his teeth, and what and how much time still needed to pass. Dr. Middleberg and his staff were great with my son! I highly recommend this office!! Professional but like family at the same time!"

"This orthodontist office has the most amazing group of doctors, and staff. My teeth were crowded, the bottom 4 teeth were almost like stacked behind each other. Two other groups had told me braces would never work, I would have to get bottom teeth at least 2 removed to even shift them correctly. I came to this office, and they had a vision. I’m almost done my treatment, and my teeth have come so far. Every time I come in for my next set of aligners they are amazed with how far my teeth have come.
