"What a journey it’s been with Dr. Gemmi and all of the amazing people here! I started Invisalign in 2018 and while that was a great start to getting a great smile, life happened, COVID happened and I unfortunately got off track. As nervous as I was to keep going back in and showing up with another failed round of trays, everyone was so encouraging and kept me going! Braces were suggested a few times and I finally went with it! It was the easiest process I’ve ever gone through! Not to mention, all of the assistants are always so caring and comforting, so any dental anxiety I have going in, it quickly dissipates when I sit down in the chair.It’s 2026, and I’m finally done! My teeth are finally looking the way I’d always hoped they would! It may have taken me 8 years, and I’m sure there’s some part of me that just wanted to stick around longer (haha!) but it was so worth it! I’m so thankful for the kindness and care that everyone has shown through this journey. You won’t find a kinder, more caring Orthodontist than Dr. Gemmi! "I absolutely love it here! I found Orthodontics Limited (Northeast location) while scouring the directory for preferred providers with my dental plan (I am in need of braces). From the time I made the 1st appointment to the last 2 appointments I’ve attended, the staff I’ve encountered thus far have been nothing short of professional and pleasant. I can tell that they probably have a good morale within their work environment because the employees appear to enjoy their jobs, which translates to positive interactions with the patients. Sara (who handles new patient billing and records) is very friendly, professional and she explains everything concisely with no strings attached. Pricing documentation was upfront and nothing shady or questionable (which was my experience at another practice when I first explored looking into Invisalign). Dr. Justin, the techs who handled my xrays and definitely the front desk staff all deserve top tier kudos as well. Do not hesitate to consider this practice if your insurance allows."
"This has been the most positive orthodontic experience I’ve ever had. Long story short, I started my braces journey at 9 and like many before me, did not wear my retainer. Now, well into my 40’s, my teeth and bite have shifted. Dr. Pale and her team set realistic expectations of Invisalign and they have far exceeded them already. My impression is that this is a great place to get braces or Invisalign treatment, and it was recommended by my dentist. It’s clean and nice-looking. The intake process was quick, and in general the wait times were also quick. The front desk staff is responsive, especially when you call the office number. The people working here are nice and friendly, and they seem cool and professional with each other, which is great to see. It’s also encouraging that some staff members have been here for many years (which shows they have a good retention rate). Carli was one example of this. The whole place has a positive vibe and is full of positive energy.Overall, I highly recommend this place. One thing I like is that they call you 1 week after starting treatment, which I think is a good touch to make sure that everything is going well."

Sarah, the New Patient Coordinator, took some photos, X-rays, and gave me a thorough rundown the Invisalign process and everything I need to know for financing.Dr. Pale discussed how Invisalign would tailor to my needs and how often I would come in for check ups. Gianna & Savannah took it from there and did a neat 3D scan of my teeth, which takes the place of having mold impressions done.I’m so glad I was referred by my dentist to this office - you can tell everyone really enjoys working together and are just a really pleasant group of people. It’s kind of intimidating going into an orthodontist office for the first time in your 30s, but it wasn’t long before I was totally comfortable being there. I had some spacing between some of my upper teeth that I was unhappy with for a long time. My insurance didn’t cover adult braces so Dr. Pale and her amazing staff set up a payment plan for me. I can’t tell you how extremely happy I am that I finally went for it and fixed the spacing! "As a 33 yr old with a significant underbite, I was pretty sure I would need the jaw-crack surgery. I went to Dr Gemmi who was optimistic and told me that with Invisalign and rubber bands, I'd be able to get my old smile back. After 2 years of Invisalign, my underbite is now completely gone and I have a smile that I haven't seen since 2002. "My whole family and I are patients at the Montgomery County Office in Hatboro. I chose Invisalign clear aligners, while both my brothers received metal/traditional dental braces. Dr. Gemmi and Dr. Middleberg took incredible care of our family and made sure our individual patient needs were met. Both doctors were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate! The Hatboro office has private individual treatment rooms where you felt comfortable. The staff worked with me when I lost my clear aligners and had to move away to college. They shipped my clear aligners, so I wouldn't have to fly back for an appointment! The office has flexible time hours and I’ve never had to wait long in the waiting room! "I came to the office two years ago for a consultation for Invisalign, another doctor had tried to talk me into getting braces. At 37 I didn’t want to walk around with metal braces. Dr Middleburg said Invisalign would close the spaces in my teeth and we started the process. Two years later I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everyone in the office is nice and professional.
