Justin Middleberg grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia. He attended Penn State University and majored in Biological Sciences. During his Junior year, he studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain. He attended Dental School at Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry. He also completed his Orthodontics Residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center of Philadelphia where he will be joining the teaching faculty.
Dr. Pale is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Greater Philadelphia Society of Orthodontists, the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, and the American Dental Association. She is passionate about working one-on-one with her patients to create their ideal smile. There is nothing more exciting to Dr. Pale than the moment a patient first glances at their new smile!
Dr. Charles Gemmi graduated Magna Cum Laude from Temple University School of Dentistry. He completed his orthodontic residency training at Einstein Medical Center. Dr. Gemmi is a Board Certified Orthodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.
Dr. Middleberg has been practicing orthodontics since 1986. He graduated from LaSalle University, as well as Temple University School of Dentistry. He completed his orthodontic training at Einstein Medical Center, where he is currently on the teaching staff.

I spoke to Dr. Pale on the phone and scheduled an in-office visit and immediately felt confident that I was choosing the right person to help me actualize my dream of having a “pretty smile.” Dr. Pale was honest with me during our first meeting. I was a complicated case I had small teeth, ample spacing, and misalignment, and she was confident that I should get to a significant 70-80% aesthetic improvement; the perfectionist in me was a little disappointed, but she was kind, secure, and eager to guide me through this journey. That enthusiasm and commitment to my understanding of the process, their affirmations during the unflattering moments, the validation, and the loving support of all the technicians during painful adjustment helped make the experience much more enjoyable and unshameful! One of my favorite moments during my orthodontic journey came toward the end when I found out Dr. Pale researched and built a special wire to help close a massive space between my side tooth and my canine.
