"I absolutely love it here! I found Orthodontics Limited (Northeast location) while scouring the directory for preferred providers with my dental plan (I am in need of braces). From the time I made the 1st appointment to the last 2 appointments I’ve attended, the staff I’ve encountered thus far have been nothing short of professional and pleasant. I can tell that they probably have a good morale within their work environment because the employees appear to enjoy their jobs, which translates to positive interactions with the patients. Sara (who handles new patient billing and records) is very friendly, professional and she explains everything concisely with no strings attached. Pricing documentation was upfront and nothing shady or questionable (which was my experience at another practice when I first explored looking into Invisalign). Dr. Justin, the techs who handled my xrays and definitely the front desk staff all deserve top tier kudos as well. Do not hesitate to consider this practice if your insurance allows."

My impression is that this is a great place to get braces or Invisalign treatment, and it was recommended by my dentist. It’s clean and nice-looking. The intake process was quick, and in general the wait times were also quick. The front desk staff is responsive, especially when you call the office number. The people working here are nice and friendly, and they seem cool and professional with each other, which is great to see. It’s also encouraging that some staff members have been here for many years (which shows they have a good retention rate). Carli was one example of this. The whole place has a positive vibe and is full of positive energy.Overall, I highly recommend this place. One thing I like is that they call you 1 week after starting treatment, which I think is a good touch to make sure that everything is going well."

My son was snoring so loudly, especially during the winter, that I scheduled an adenoid surgery for him in 06/2020. Unfortunately, Covid -19 struck, and the procedure had to be canceled. "I am the father of a fifteen year old girl with a tremendous overbite two years ago. Orthodontics Limited put her in braces and in a little less than two years she just got them off. With visits every two months for evaluation and adjustment she was given all the tools (ie. toothbrush, fluoride, and rubber bands) along with instructions on their use. "We have been seeing Dr. Middleberg for over 2 years. The office staff is so warm and welcoming, they make you feel as if they were waiting all day for just you to come. They have never tried to "upsell" us on any treatments or products. If anything, Dr. Middleberg has tried to do the least amount to get the best result. Scheduling is always easy and flexible and they always try to make the appointment day and time work best for the patient. Dr. Middleberg and his staff have continually made sure that not only do I as the parent know exactly what is going on, what the considerations are for treatment options, and that I am fully involved in the decision making where appropriate, but my daughter has also been kept well informed. "My whole family and I are patients at the Montgomery County Office in Hatboro. I chose Invisalign clear aligners, while both my brothers received metal/traditional dental braces. Dr. Gemmi and Dr. Middleberg took incredible care of our family and made sure our individual patient needs were met. Both doctors were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate! The Hatboro office has private individual treatment rooms where you felt comfortable. The staff worked with me when I lost my clear aligners and had to move away to college. They shipped my clear aligners, so I wouldn't have to fly back for an appointment! The office has flexible time hours and I’ve never had to wait long in the waiting room! "I absolutely love this orthodontist office both the dentists and the staff. I initially brought my son to another ortho because it was a little bit cheaper. Well, it's true for the saying, you get what you pay for. I switched to Dr. Gemmi and have found the whole experience really easy. They sat down with me and went over the plan, worked with cost and gave me a timeframe based upon my sons teeth. Then, the fun began (for my son at least😀😀). We went every 2 months for his routine visit. They were so fast at each appointment, always see the patient on time (not like other places where you wait forever). The staff is amazing to deal with, very pleasant and works with you to reschedule appointments very easily. Dr Gemmi is extremely professional and is great with putting kids at ease, he has a very mild manner to him and I think it makes the kids more comfortable while seeing him. My son just got his braces off and now I start with my daughter. "I have had 3 kids need braces and feel very lucky to have found Orthodontics Limited! My oldest had a severe under bite; I had been to 3 orthodontists for their recommendations/plans for correction. 2 of them suggested wearing braces for 2-3 years, then having to break her jaw, and put braces back on. Dr. Gemmi's plan did not involve that at all and her treatment was a success, she was in braces about 3 years (starting about 12) with attention to her jawline and at 23 now, her smile/profile and jawline are still perfectly aligned! Child 2 had some odd issues with building up small teeth, and the Drs at Orthodontics Limited worked with our dentist to create a plan to correct everything-her mouth is healthy and her smile is really gorgeous, people actually stop and tell her that A LOT! Luckily, Child 3 hasn't had any issues other than just needing to straighten his teeth! But I knew we were in the right place if he did! The entire staff and Orthodontics Limited is just as awesome as the doctors...always friendly and ready to explain anything you need. "We love Orthodontics Limited. My daughter needed both a palate expander and braces while she was only 8 years old. Dr. Gemmi did a great job of explaining each step in the process, while always confirming that my daughter was comfortable and happy. The nursing staff is top-notch; each one is nicer than the next. The entire staff is experienced and helpful. It was never a problem to get an emergency appointment if a rubber band or wire broke. Round 1 of my daughter's treatment has completely changed her mouth - the spacing is exact and her teeth look amazing. "I came to the office two years ago for a consultation for Invisalign, another doctor had tried to talk me into getting braces. At 37 I didn’t want to walk around with metal braces. Dr Middleburg said Invisalign would close the spaces in my teeth and we started the process. Two years later I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everyone in the office is nice and professional.
