"This office was recommended by a coworker whose braces results looked amazing, so I decided to give them a try. From the first appointment, the orthodontist seemed more focused on long-term bite correction than just cosmetic appearance, which made me feel confident about starting treatment. The office itself stays clean and organized even during crowded afternoon hours. I had one small issue where a wire was poking the inside of my mouth before a holiday weekend, and they still managed to fit me in quickly for a repair. The assistants are friendly in a relaxed way and never make appointments feel awkward or rushed. After several months of braces, I can already tell my teeth fit together better while chewing. It’s honestly improving daily comfort as much as appearance at this point."

"What a journey it’s been with Dr. Gemmi and all of the amazing people here! I started Invisalign in 2018 and while that was a great start to getting a great smile, life happened, COVID happened and I unfortunately got off track. As nervous as I was to keep going back in and showing up with another failed round of trays, everyone was so encouraging and kept me going! Braces were suggested a few times and I finally went with it! It was the easiest process I’ve ever gone through! Not to mention, all of the assistants are always so caring and comforting, so any dental anxiety I have going in, it quickly dissipates when I sit down in the chair.It’s 2026, and I’m finally done! My teeth are finally looking the way I’d always hoped they would! It may have taken me 8 years, and I’m sure there’s some part of me that just wanted to stick around longer (haha!) but it was so worth it! I’m so thankful for the kindness and care that everyone has shown through this journey. You won’t find a kinder, more caring Orthodontist than Dr. Gemmi! He's always made me feel encouraged and comfortable to ask questions and address concerns. They have this cute little arcade waiting area for kids that made me immediately wish I was a kid again LOL!!! The staff are so friendly especially Sarah, Brianna, and Emma!! And DR.Pale oh she’s so funny and she’s VERY knowledgeable. She makes you feel so comfortable with your orthodontic journey. Lastly, which is the coolest of it all they give you an orthodontic goodie bag to take home which includes a Sonic care pressure sensor toothbrush (which I never experienced) !! And when it comes to rescheduling, or setting up appointments the receptionists crew are so warm welcoming & they actually ANSWER compared to others, they won’t have you on hold or directed to voicemail. Highly recommend !!!!Update: I finally got my braces off and my smile is 10/10 !! I highly recommend this place to any & EVERYone! "I absolutely love it here! I found Orthodontics Limited (Northeast location) while scouring the directory for preferred providers with my dental plan (I am in need of braces). From the time I made the 1st appointment to the last 2 appointments I’ve attended, the staff I’ve encountered thus far have been nothing short of professional and pleasant. I can tell that they probably have a good morale within their work environment because the employees appear to enjoy their jobs, which translates to positive interactions with the patients. Sara (who handles new patient billing and records) is very friendly, professional and she explains everything concisely with no strings attached. Pricing documentation was upfront and nothing shady or questionable (which was my experience at another practice when I first explored looking into Invisalign). Dr. Justin, the techs who handled my xrays and definitely the front desk staff all deserve top tier kudos as well. Do not hesitate to consider this practice if your insurance allows."

"Date of review: 4/30/2025. First visit: 5/2024.Last edited: 4/30/2025.I came here to initiate my Invisalign orthodontic treatment. My impression is that this is a great place to get braces or Invisalign treatment, and it was recommended by my dentist. It’s clean and nice-looking. The intake process was quick, and in general the wait times were also quick. The front desk staff is responsive, especially when you call the office number. The people working here are nice and friendly, and they seem cool and professional with each other, which is great to see. It’s also encouraging that some staff members have been here for many years (which shows they have a good retention rate). Carli was one example of this. The whole place has a positive vibe and is full of positive energy.Overall, I highly recommend this place. One thing I like is that they call you 1 week after starting treatment, which I think is a good touch to make sure that everything is going well."

"I absolutely love this office!! My kids started going here for their orthodontic needs and then I became a patient. I had some spacing between some of my upper teeth that I was unhappy with for a long time. My insurance didn’t cover adult braces so Dr. Pale and her amazing staff set up a payment plan for me. I can’t tell you how extremely happy I am that I finally went for it and fixed the spacing! Sarah handles my account up front and she is amazing. Lastly, there is a dental assistant that has made my journey with braces UNFORGETTABLE!!!I have extremely sensitive teeth, so replacing bands and wires at the ortho can be filled with pain and discomfort but when someone demonstrates that it doesn’t have to; that goes a long way.Nicole’s gentleness, caring and considerate nature is not easily found in this field; let alone life lol. She is truly an angel; I leave smiling and laughing, feeling like nothing was done on my teeth ( little bit of soreness and tightness occurs mildly hours later, but that’s the bands working).They really have awesome people working there and it was a pleasure to meet Olivia; a new member of the team. I can already tell she will do great there. 🥰I know it’s just dental work and as patients we anticipate the pain, but when someone has a gift to avoid inflicting more distress and discomfort on top of existing things you already have to deal with. "Class Act!!!! I am so grateful for Dr. Middleberg and his staff. My son Dominic’s teeth needed a lot of work when we first came in back in 2019. He had a severe overbite, crooked teeth and his teeth overlapped. After 3 1/2 years his teeth are perfect!! Seriously perfect!!! When we first came in I was given a monthly payment arrangement with the office to pay off the balance that the insurance didn’t cover, and even though I paid it off within the first year, they never rushed us to get his braces off!! "I absolutely love this orthodontist office both the dentists and the staff. I initially brought my son to another ortho because it was a little bit cheaper. Well, it's true for the saying, you get what you pay for. I switched to Dr. Gemmi and have found the whole experience really easy. They sat down with me and went over the plan, worked with cost and gave me a timeframe based upon my sons teeth. Then, the fun began (for my son at least😀😀). We went every 2 months for his routine visit. They were so fast at each appointment, always see the patient on time (not like other places where you wait forever). "I walked into Dr. Middleberg's office for my daughter Emily's last appointment as she was having her braces removed. He did a wonderful job. Her teeth are perfect. Emily's teeth were the genetic combination of my wife's perfect smile and my mismatched, disheveled, crooked and misshapened chicklets.On that day Dr.Middleberg saw my 45 year old teeth for the first time and performed magic. It was like the time David Copperfield made that 747 airplane disappear. Everyone was like " how did he do that?" Same with my teeth. People at work seriously stopped to ask me about my Orthodontist. Their eyes would be fixated on my teeth as they spoke to me wondering how it was even possible to fix. Then I would get caught up in conversations about their entire dental history on how they cracked a tooth in 3rd grade or how they recently had fillings replaced.After my braces were removed, My barber mentioned to me that for a couple grand I could get a hair transplant to cover my bald spot. I asked him if he was serious. He saw my corrected under bite and my straightened teeth and interpreted that as my attempt of persuing a career as a male model? Maybe it's the "Bing! " sound my teeth make when I smile that lead him to his assumption. The "Bing!" Is a trademark of Dr.Gemmi and Dr. Middleberg.Both Doctors are terrific.
