The staff was wonderful—very thorough, attentive, and always made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.After having braces as a teen, I was frustrated to see some relapse, but I only needed minor corrections and wanted something low maintenance and discreet. This was perfect solution. Highly recommend!!"

"This has been the most positive orthodontic experience I’ve ever had. Long story short, I started my braces journey at 9 and like many before me, did not wear my retainer. Now, well into my 40’s, my teeth and bite have shifted. Dr. Pale and her team set realistic expectations of Invisalign and they have far exceeded them already. Everyone in the office is kind, professional, and warm. I am so impressed with the improvement thus far and fully trust everyone at Orthodontics Limited in my oral care. Cannot recommend enough!"

Dr Gemmi and the entire staff have been absolutely amazing throughout both of my son’s orthodontic treatments. From complex surgical exposures, to braces with turbos, to retainers with Invisalines to get it just right. "I LOVE this practice. I’m in my 50s snd had braces back in the day but my teeth shifted and my bite was way off. I was so self conscious about it. Other orthos wanted to pull teeth and put on metal braces. I’m SO grateful I got the second opinion at Orthodontics Limited and went with them. Invisalign is a Godsend — my teeth are straight; my bite is intact and visiting their office is a pleasure. Everyone is so generous with their time and incredibly helpful. "Orthodontics Limited is the best! I went to Dr. Middleburg for braces after having my teeth shift from not using my retainer 10 years ago. He gave me a timeline of how long he thought it would take to get my teeth straightened out and he was spot on. He, along with everyone I encountered in the office is extremely pleasant to work with. Whenever I had a wire poking me, all I had to do was call and they’d typically be able to get me in that same day. All of my appointments were quick with little to no wait time. I love my results and highly recommend Orthodontics Limited."
"When getting braces, we had to make a decision on how to address two missing upper lateral incisors in my son’s mouth. The choices were to get implants or fill the gaps by shifting the existing teeth. With Dr. Middleberg’s counsel, we opted to fill the gaps; it was the best choice! The teeth look amazing and no one could ever guess that the gap was filled by shifting the existing teeth."

They have clear plans in place for each stage of the process and they keep you well informed. I love their technology- 3D prints of your mouth instead of traditional moulds and a more modern perspective on orthodontic care. By following the office on Facebook I was aware of how much thought and care they were putting into making patients feel comfortable returning. What has not changed, however, is the friendliness or professionalism. Dr. Pale was as welcoming as ever and I felt as confident and safe as before in having my braces adjusted. "So I have had 3 kids go here. My first child saw Dr. Gemmi and he was great. My son's teeth were not too bad but he did have a big over bite. Now his teeth are picture perfect. My next two kids saw Dr. Pale and she was awesome. My middle child's teeth were the worst. But after having braces on for a good two years, he looks great. Now my daughter, after having he braces on for less then 2 years she looks like a model and she is so happy!! Thank you for making my kids' smile beautiful!"

"My daughter needed braces after fifth grade and we used this practice in Hatboro. The staff were nice, helpful, and knowledgeable from the front office, hygienists, doctors, everyone. They were very comprehensive in her care and did a great job of explaining each step of the way. Getting braces can be a real downer for some kids, including mine...at first. She gained confidence in herself as she learned to take care of all of the things that came along with braces like rubber bands. They made this so positive for her and she now wants to be an orthodontist as a career. I highly recommended this practice to anyone who needs braces."

"I am the father of a fifteen year old girl with a tremendous overbite two years ago. Orthodontics Limited put her in braces and in a little less than two years she just got them off. With visits every two months for evaluation and adjustment she was given all the tools (ie. toothbrush, fluoride, and rubber bands) along with instructions on their use. Dr. Pale and her entire staff at Orthodontics Limited were very professional at all times including non scheduled visits. My daughter can't stop smiling. I highly recommend Orthodontics Limited. "My whole family and I are patients at the Montgomery County Office in Hatboro. I chose Invisalign clear aligners, while both my brothers received metal/traditional dental braces. Dr. Gemmi and Dr. Middleberg took incredible care of our family and made sure our individual patient needs were met. Both doctors were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate! The Hatboro office has private individual treatment rooms where you felt comfortable. The staff worked with me when I lost my clear aligners and had to move away to college. They shipped my clear aligners, so I wouldn't have to fly back for an appointment! The office has flexible time hours and I’ve never had to wait long in the waiting room! I highly recommend Orthodontics Limited!"

"We signed my fourteen year old son Brandon up for Braces with this practice about two years ago now. At this point in time I have nothing, but excellent things to say about all the doctors, assistants, and lovely staff.Two years in and my son’s teeth 🦷 look so much better than they did when he first had his braces put on. The doctors and their assistants ask to see my son on regular follow up visits just to make sure Brandon’s braces are still adjusted as need be. Brandon loves that he’s allowed to change the color of the bands on his braces to any color he wants each visit.Whenever it’s time to make a follow up visit the staff up front makes it so easy. Like everyone we lead crazy busy lives and have inadvertently missed a few of my son’s scedualed apointments. As guilty, and stupid as I felt about having to call in to reschedule two missed appointments in a row the staff never made me feel follish or terrible about the two apointments I missed, and I gotta tell ya that was pretty great.If your looking for a great all around place to take you child for braces I highly recommend checking out Orthodonics Limited. "I have had 3 kids need braces and feel very lucky to have found Orthodontics Limited! My oldest had a severe under bite; I had been to 3 orthodontists for their recommendations/plans for correction. 2 of them suggested wearing braces for 2-3 years, then having to break her jaw, and put braces back on. Dr. Gemmi's plan did not involve that at all and her treatment was a success, she was in braces about 3 years (starting about 12) with attention to her jawline and at 23 now, her smile/profile and jawline are still perfectly aligned! Child 2 had some odd issues with building up small teeth, and the Drs at Orthodontics Limited worked with our dentist to create a plan to correct everything-her mouth is healthy and her smile is really gorgeous, people actually stop and tell her that A LOT! Luckily, Child 3 hasn't had any issues other than just needing to straighten his teeth! But I knew we were in the right place if he did! The entire staff and Orthodontics Limited is just as awesome as the doctors...always friendly and ready to explain anything you need. Special thanks to Kathy for always figuring out the numbers and working with the insurance companies!"
