We have been seeing Dr. Pale and her wonderful staff for almost a year now and everyone has been nothing short than amazing. My experience here is usually great. The doctors are very professional and the front desk process is typically quick and easy. Every few visits though I get technician (usually one of the younger girls) that is in such a sour mood. Their whole demeanor is just someone that hates everything. I get it, I’ve worked in the medical field, some days are terrible. When I am asking/answering questions or asking to look at certain things and I’m just getting short replies or just getting ignored, it just doesn’t feel great or welcoming.
Such a good experience every time I come to this office ! The staff is so personable and knowledgeable, they really make you feel at home at every visit ! Dr Pale is amazing and always makes the visit go quick and smooth. My Invisalign journey has been amazing at this office cannot recommend enough 1000/10 !!!
Dr. Middelberg did a perfect job inserting my Invisalign. They fit great and are very easy to remove and replace . Patty explained in great detail how to maintain them properly. The office staff are so kind and caring and helpful. Just a great experience. Also the waiting area in Hatboro is large and bright and very comfortable.
The staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming. The process was explained clearly, they were willing to answer any questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. Overall, I received excellent care and would recommend this dental office to others.
