Dr. Harold Middleberg

“Even after 30 plus years of orthodontic practice, my profession is still new and exciting for me. Orthodontics is always changing with evolving technologies, and I enjoy being able to provide advanced treatments for my patients. Each person who comes to visit us has their own expectations and goals, and it is our job not to just fulfill them, but to surpass them.”

About Dr. Middleberg

Dr. Middleberg was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia and has been practicing orthodontics since 1986. He graduated from LaSalle University and Temple University School of Dentistry. He completed his orthodontic training at Einstein Medical Center, where he is currently on the teaching staff. Dr. Middleberg is very involved with organized dentistry, and has served as a Governor of the Philadelphia County Dental Society and on the Board of the Greater Philadelphia Society of Orthodontists.

Dr. Middleberg is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Being a Diplomate means that he completed a voluntary, rigorous certification process that only a small percentage of orthodontists worldwide achieve.

Dr. Middleberg has served as president of his dental fraternity, Alpha Omega. He has also served as Secretary, Treasurer, and President of the Eastern Dental Society. He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, the Greater Philadelphia Society of Orthodontists, the World Federation of Orthodontists, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Middleberg has been married for over 30 years to his wife, Sherri, and takes pride in being the parent of three exceptional children: Geoff, Jordyn, and Justin, who happens to be one of the remarkable doctors in our office! When he’s not crafting perfect smiles, he loves tinkering with electronics, especially the latest gadgets. He even brought an old Wurlitzer jukebox back to life! In his free time, Dr. Middleberg is also an adventurer, skiing the slopes in winter and cruising on his bike in the summer.
